Like most kids growing up, I was an avid backyard sports player with my siblings and neighbors — it got intense! Many years later, when I got to college, Benji Ball truly began. The idea was first conceived in 2015, and by 2018 the designs were finalized. Benji Ball was built to shake up the backyard sports industry with inclusive, adaptive products that everyone can enjoy.

The question that started it all: what if we could remove the barriers to playing a game — the number of players needed, the experience required, or even the physical ability? Why wasn't there anything out there that could be played by people of all abilities? Well... now there is. Benji Ball was developed so that anyone, no matter their age or ability, has the opportunity to enjoy a game that so many love — but that not everyone has traditionally been able to play.
