Benji Ball 30-Day Refund and Return Policy

1. Unopened products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after purchase.
2. Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products. 
3. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods.
4. Refunds are not available if the product has been opened, damaged or used under any circumstance.
5. Discount codes cannot be added to an order after a purchase has been made.
6. Refunds are not available for Benji Ball purchases.
7. Misplaced pieces can be purchased via email at benjamin@benjiballforall.com.

Benji Ball Warranty

1. Product pieces that are delivered damaged will be covered by company free of charge. Photo evidence may be required.
2. Benji Ball is not weather resistant. Weather related damages are not covered from our lifetime warranty. 

Cancellation

1. Orders can not be cancelled due to a customer missing a sale or promotion and will not be deemed refundable.
